At Intermountain Healthcare, I honed my ability to effectively engage and inform diverse teams across a complex healthcare organization. My work centered on developing clear, consistent messaging that fostered a strong organizational culture, enhanced employee engagement, and supported the delivery of high-quality patient care. By leveraging strategic communication tools and channels, I helped drive alignment across departments, ensuring that critical information flowed seamlessly and that employees were empowered to contribute to Intermountain Healthcare's mission.

Compliance training

I created content to help educate employees about compliance, including brochures, training materials, and videos. Compliance training can feel didactic; I worked to make
it engaging.

Handbook revisions and HTML coding

I edited the print edition of all employee benefits handbooks and helped code and edit the HTML
digital versions.

Healthy living initiatives

I designed collateral for the Healthy Living program, promoting employee wellness initiatives, including annual pocket and wall calendars.
