Developed user personas for three fictional companies as part of distinct UX Certification case studies: Frankie West for Kongo FunPlex, a local arcade catering to corporate and business events; Xiang Mei Li for Bud & Blossom, a neighborhood floral shop; and Myra Moore for Resting Space, an app concept designed to help users process and diffuse intense emotion.
