Internal communications
Managed internal communications for a 25,000-person employee pool at Intermountain Healthcare, including employee handbooks, compliance training content, and healthy living initiatives. At MarketDial, conducted executive interviews to develop brand voice and tone guidelines, distributed across all internal and external communications.

Content Marketing
At MarketDial, served as primary content strategist and writer across a full website redesign: home, product, industry, about, and resources pages. Developed and maintained a content publication calendar, produced SEO-optimized blog content in WordPress, wrote case studies with Fortune 500 companies, and authored press releases, whitepapers, and promotional materials in AP style.

Led UX writing for MarketDial's complete website overhaul, interviewing leadership, sales, and product teams to build brand guidelines and define personas. Wrote all copy and microcopy for landing, industry, and product pages — simplifying technical A/B testing methodology for dual audiences: experienced analysts and retail decision-makers new to the category.
